The course “Discover the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg” allows participants to deepen their knowledge of the country, its identity, and how it functions. It is aimed both at residents and newcomers.
The course lasts 6 hours (spread over 2 or 3 sessions) and is offered in Luxembourgish, French, German, or English. It takes place either online or in person.
The programme covers in particular:
- the history of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, its geography, and its natural and cultural heritage;
- the organisation of the State, including the political, educational, and social systems;
- the specific features of multilingualism and interculturality, as well as the shared values of living together in Luxembourg.
The course is based on exchange, discussion, and the sharing of experiences between participants, and the content is delivered in a dynamic and interactive way.
