Discover Luxembourg’s largest drinking water reservoir from a new perspective. Embark on a guided tour aboard an ecological solar-powered boat and explore nature. You will discover interesting details about the fauna and flora of the lake and its surroundings, and learn about the history of the lake and the region, as well as the protection of drinking water. In addition to various excursions into isolated tributaries, the program also includes a visit to the “Burfelt Forest Discovery Centre”.
This ecological excursion lasts approximately 2 hours.
Participation in this activity is strictly limited to registered participants only.
Free parking is available at Parking am Kéilert. From there, you can reach the boarding point on foot (approximately 500 meters) or use the free shuttle service, which runs every 20 minutes.
Due to possible weather conditions, especially in case of high temperatures, participants are strongly advised to bring sufficient drinking water, as no refreshments are available on board.
Please note: it is mandatory to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. The boat will leave on time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
