This informal event, part of the LuxBuzz Integration Breakfast series, organized within the framework of the Biergerpakt for intercultural living together, explores integration not only as adaptation but also as a process of identity, connection and belonging.
During this participatory breakfast, Dana Moldoveanu Brandes, Coaching Psychologist, Human Systems Weaver and Trainer, will share reflections from her 20 years of living in Luxembourg and her professional experience in psychology, coaching and human development.
The session will focus on:
• identity and personal transitions across cultures
• adaptation, connection and belonging
• building meaningful relationships in a multicultural society
• how individuals, organisations and communities can create environments where people can contribute and thrive
