Luxembourg offers a unique work environment in Europe, where employees from a wide range of cultural, linguistic, and professional backgrounds interact on a daily basis. While this diversity represents a tremendous opportunity for organisations, it can also lead to misunderstandings, differing expectations, and managerial challenges that are sometimes difficult to identify.
Through practical examples drawn from the professional world, Dr. Marc Berna, Director of the Robert Schuman Hospitals, will illustrate how cultural factors can influence management practices in a multicultural environment. Participants will gain insights into how certain differences, often invisible, shape workplace behaviours and interactions.
Beyond theoretical concepts, the presentation will highlight management and human resources challenges that are particularly relevant to organisations operating in Luxembourg’s multicultural context.
A light lunch will be served from 11.45. The conference begins at 12.15
