Literature that connects is a vibrant book box event that places the joy of reading, cultural exchange, and community life at the heart of the region. Around the book box in Mersch, an open and welcoming atmosphere emerges, where people of all generations come together to discover stories, share them, and find new inspiration.

The program includes public readings for children and adults, as well as other creative and participatory activities centered around books, reading, and book box. The event highlights how book box can function as true “third places”: spaces for exchange, encounter, and solidarity.

At the same time, the event emphasizes the project’s sustainable dimension: by sharing and passing on books, resources are preserved and a culture of responsible consumption is encouraged.

Literature that connects is therefore more than just an event, it is an invitation to read, discover, and share the joy of stories together. No registration required!
