You contact Digital inclusion a.s.b.l. who offer free of charge :
- Training and information sessions to better understand how to work with a computer and how to carry out administrative procedures online, for example via guichet.lu.
“Open classroom” sessions where you can ask your individual questions related to IT.
- Individual digital coaching to guide you towards digital services in Luxembourg, for example offering assistance with LuxTrust (installation and use) or suggesting training adapted to your needs to improve your digital skills
Participation in the information sessions and Digital inclusion workshops is free of charge and can be validated as module of the Biergerpakt.
